BMEGateway's support services include product upgrades and technical support. We support our clients with on-going services through dedicated Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Technicians.
Our Client Implementation Checklist is the starting point for developing an Implementation Project Plan. BMEGateway's Client Services and Technical Support team works in conjunction with your personnel to produce a detailed timeline and implementation plan specifically for their project. We typically develop an implementation timeline after we have completed the functional requirements analysis including Business, Technical and Implementation Project Plan.
Development of a comprehensive project is the responsibility of BMEGateway, with the exception of the time required for meetings to gather information and answer questions from our client. The scheduling of these meetings will be done with as much flexibility as possible to minimize the impact on the client's team. This will allow the client to continue focusing on its priorities during both the planning and transition process. BMEGateway provides comprehensive project management services on a custom project basis including Project Management, Business Consulting including workflow development, requirements analysis and system configuration.
